Hello, I'm Jenny Peers-Jones

a registered nutritional therapist dedicated to empowering women with clear and accessible nutritional guidance

My journey into nutrition began with my own health struggles throughout my late teens and 20’s. Diagnosed with PCOS at 16 and spending well over a decade on the pill, I faced numerous issues with my cycle, hormone imbalances and ongoing gut problems.

Yet, this was just the beginning of my health challenges, as after completing my undergraduate degree in economics, I embarked on a career in the city.

It was during this time that I unfortunately became very unwell, facing multiple immune issues and eventually developing chronic fatigue syndrome/ME. It was truly debilitating and greatly altered the course of my 20’s.

During this time, I saw my fair share of specialists and truly understand the frustrations that come with navigating complex health challenges. Determined to find answers and take charge of my health, I delved into continuous self-research, making numerous diet and lifestyle changes. Having this opportunity to slow down, I discovered first-hand the key role that both nutrition and our environment plays in our health.

It led me to change career paths and pursue a 3-year course at The College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I became a registered Nutritional Therapist (DipNT).

Not only did this transformative journey help stabilise my health, but it also equipped me with the knowledge and tools I wish I had much earlier. Now, it is my mission to share this knowledge with you, breaking down misconceptions around nutrition and providing the guidance you need to feel in control of your health.
