£200.00
An in-depth analysis of your current diet and lifestyle aimed at optimising preconception health.
This includes a bespoke plan with dietary interventions, supplements, recommendations for further testing, and specialist referrals.
As a registered nutritional therapist, I work alongside other healthcare providers, such as GPs, and may refer you for further testing with your consent. Functional laboratory tests can be done at home or in UK-wide clinics by a qualified phlebotomist.
This Fertility Foundation MOT is designed for women seeking guidance on how best to support their body for preconception.
It is ideal for those who want to know if they are eating the right foods, taking suitable supplements, or carrying out the appropriate tests to support their reproductive function.
(3 x 60 minutes) - £570.00
This enhanced package includes everything covered in the foundation MOT, but the additional time allows for a more comprehensive approach.
The Fertility Complete MOT is designed to support those with pre-existing hormone conditions or those undergoing IVF/other assisted reproductive technologies (ARTs), or those struggling to conceive. In these instances, you want to allow at least 3 months for preparing your body, to optimise egg quality, vaginal and gut microbiome and overall health status to prepare for optimal fertility. This also allows time for any testing required and lifestyle changes to be implemented.
I also offer the Fertility Complete MOT package for couples, where I will assess the health of not just yourself but your partner too, acknowledging the importance health of both partners plays in fertility. This package is designed on a bespoke basis to suit your requirements, starting with a two hour initial consultation with both partners. To find out more, please get in touch to arrange a free 20 minute call, to allow me to understand your unique circumstances and for you to ask any questions about my practice and processes.
Please note: Functional testing is not included in the package price. Where possible, I will try to facilitate testing via the GP before recommending private blood markers. I do however have practitioner accounts with all of the well-known functional testing laboratories and can pass on trade discounts to my clients.
I have accounts with all the well-known functional testing laboratories and can facilitate a variety of tests, some of which can be done from the comfort of your home or through a local blood draw.
Functional testing can include: full blood counts, SIBO testing, thyroid panels, stool analyses, vaginal microbiome and more. I will interpret these results to guide your nutrition plan and health strategy effectively.
As a registered practitioner with LifeCodeGX, I offer nutrigenomic testing, which examines the interactions between genes, nutrients, and health.
This approach allows for personalised and preventive health care by understanding your genetic predispositions.
Depending on your family history, personal health history, symptoms, and concerns, I offer a selection of reports, including:
- Nutrient Core
- Metabolics
- Hormones
- Methylation
- Histamine intolerance
- Nervous System
- Thyroid

What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is a holistic 360 approach to health, that focuses on the use of nutrition and lifestyle interventions to support optimal health. It involves addressing the root cause, rather than focussing on symptoms alone, utilising a range of tools to identify potential imbalances and deficiencies that may driving ill-health.
What can I expect from an initial consultation?
You will receive a detailed nutrition plan, alongside supplement recommendations with explanations for how such supplements can support your unique health needs. As well as further resources such as handouts, recipe ideas and ongoing email support between consultations.
Is testing included in the package price?
Functional tests are not included in the package price. However, I will always try to facilitate necessary testing via your GP first before recommending further private tests.
Is functional testing necessary?
I will only recommend testing that is appropriate for your individual case. However, private blood testing is often required to gain a broader range of blood markers than what is offered by GPs. In many cases these tests are invaluable for providing the full picture and enable me to really tailor your plan.
What functional tests do you offer?
Functional testing can include but is not limited to: gut microbiome, vaginal microbiome, oral and urinary microbiome, SIBO testing, DUTCH testing, thyroid panels, full blood counts, genetic profiling and more. Any testing you may require can be discussed during a discovery call or in your first consultation.
Is nutrition still helpful if I’m undergoing IVF?
It’s arguably an essential time to support your body with targeted nutrition and lifestyle interventions if you are undergoing IVF or other assisted reproductive technologies (ARTs). Many underestimate the toll any form of IVF can have on your physical and mental wellbeing. Research has shown that nutrition and lifestyle interventions can be highly impactful on fertility outcomes. Working on optimising your diet for fertility and improving your vaginal and gut microbiomes call all contribute to improving the chances of success.
